At FELIWAY, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion pieces aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garments are in unworn, original condition.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid return shipping label provided by our portal and attach it clearly to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of receipt.
